Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements
- Experience: One (1) year of professional nursing experience preferred
- License: Must possess current licensure in the state of employment
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (degree or diploma in nursing)
- Other: Valid driver’s license
- Clearance: U.S. Citizenship required for ICE clearance (process may take approximately 3–4 weeks after application completion)
Acute RN Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs
- Execute provider orders; dispense/administer medications and document per policy and clinical standards
- Assist providers during examinations and treatments; prepare rooms, supplies, and equipment as needed
- Perform focused assessments for new or changing conditions; initiate appropriate interventions, escalation, and referrals
- Respond to urgent and emergent situations, performing emergency procedures and following established protocols
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary and contracted clinical staff to support continuity of care and safe transitions
- Provide guidance and oversight to nursing and assistive personnel as assigned
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate medical records; support audits and quality improvement activities
- Provide health counseling and patient education individually or in groups as appropriate
- Maintain a safe, secure care environment and follow all facility policies, procedures, and infection prevention standards
