Physical Therapist Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of Physical Therapist experience required
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania or eligibility to practice
• Experience in a clinic, outpatient, or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

Physical Therapy Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and functional goals
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, recovery expectations, and injury prevention strategies
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the outpatient setting
• Collaborate with providers and rehabilitation team members to support optimal patient outcomes
• Promote a positive, compassionate, and professional patient experience throughout the course of care
