We are seeking a full-time Addictions Counselor to join our team in the Anne Arundel County, MD market. This role is ideal for counselors with hands-on SUD treatment experience who are looking for stability, team collaboration, and meaningful patient impact.

Position Overview

The Addictions Counselor will provide direct clinical services to individuals receiving treatment for substance use disorders, supporting recovery through evidence-based counseling and coordinated care.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting individual and group counseling sessions

• Developing and maintaining treatment plans

• Documenting clinical services in accordance with regulatory standards

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary care teams

Schedule

Required Credentials

Candidates must hold one of the following Maryland-recognized credentials, with prior SUD treatment experience:

• ADT

• CSC-AD

• CAC-AD / CAC / CAC-S

• LGADC

• LICSW / LCSW

Compensation

Compensation is based on certification level:

• ADT: ($49,920–$52,000 annually)

• CSC: ($54,080–$58,240 annually)

• CAC: ($60,320–$62,400 annually)

• CAC-S: ($66,560–$68,640 annually)
