You’ll be part of a collaborative cardiac imaging team with interdisciplinary support in a well-established Maryland healthcare setting near the Baltimore metro area.

- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day shifts; 3x12-hour schedule accepted, 4x10-hour schedule also considered
- Shift Duration: 12-hour days
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,470 - $2,650
- On-Call: Required, approximately 8 weeknight and 4 weekend 24-hour call shifts per 6-week schedule
- Weekends: Required as part of on-call coverage
- Holidays: May be required as scheduled
- Orientation: 36 hours
- Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics
- Daily Census: 10-15 patients
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab, radiology, or cardiology setting
- At least 1 year of recent, strong Cath Lab experience required
- ARRT-R and/or RCIS certification accepted
- Current BLS and ACLS certification required
- Experience with cardiac catheterization procedures and sterile technique
- Comfortable working on-call, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced procedural and clinical support environment
- Adaptable and ready to support patient care across a range of cardiac interventions
Responsibilities
- Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
- Prepare and operate cath lab equipment with accuracy and attention to detail
- Support physicians during procedures such as catheterizations, PCI, PTCA, and stent placement
- Maintain a sterile field and follow safety, infection control, and procedural protocols
- Monitor patients and respond appropriately to changes in cardiac rhythm or condition
- Assist with equipment setup, room circulation, and procedural workflow
- Participate in on-call coverage and provide reliable support during scheduled off-hours
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver efficient, high-quality cardiac care
