Travel CVOR Registered Nurse needed in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, to support cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, and peripheral vascular procedures. Travel Nursing Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,660–$2,800
• Location: Lebanon, Pennsylvania
• Employment Type: 13-week travel contract
• Start Date: October 26, 2026
• End Date: January 25, 2027
• Healthcare Setting: Adult and geriatric cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology laboratory
• Shift: 10-hour day shifts, 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
• Schedule: Four shifts per week, Monday through Friday, with a varying weekday off
• Weekend Requirement: Approximately every third weekend
• Call Requirement: As needed by the unit; approximately 10–12 days per month, including one weekend every third weekend
• Unit Overview: Three procedural labs and a 12-bed prep and recovery area
• Patient Care Environment: Approximately 12 visits per day with a typical patient ratio of 1:4

CVOR Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license eligible for practice in Pennsylvania
• At least 2 years of recent cardiac catheterization, CVOR, cardiac cath lab, electrophysiology lab, or invasive cardiology nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA or ARC
• EPIC charting experience required
• Demonstrated experience caring for adult and geriatric cardiovascular patients
• Clinical knowledge of procedural sedation administration and monitoring
• Experience with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
• Ability to participate in call, weekend, and holiday coverage as needed
• Ability to work in a tobacco- and fragrance-free healthcare environment
• Willingness to care for patients requiring isolation precautions and personal protective equipment

Cardiac Cath Lab RN Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care before, during, and after cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures
• Assist with diagnostic cardiac catheterizations, left and right heart catheterizations, peripheral vascular interventions, and percutaneous coronary interventions
• Support complex cardiovascular procedures involving Impella, intra-aortic balloon pump therapy, ECMO, rotablator or CSI atherectomy, and shockwave technology
• Monitor procedural sedation, hemodynamics, dysrhythmias, and patient responses throughout procedures
• Circulate procedures and maintain a safe, sterile, and efficient procedural environment
• Assist with electrophysiology procedures, including cardioversions, device implants, and ablations
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition, including STEMI and cardiac arrest situations
• Collaborate with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, technologists, respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Complete accurate documentation in EPIC and provide education and support to patients and families
• Participate in unit call coverage, weekend rotations, and holiday coverage according to department needs
