Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care dialysis experience
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and every other weekend
- Willingness to float to other hospitals within the market as needed
- Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and excellent teamwork skills
- Travel nursing experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality dialysis nursing care to adult acute care patients
- Monitor patient status, respond to treatment changes, and support safe therapy delivery
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
- Adapt to varying shift times and support unit coverage needs as assigned
- Float to other hospitals in the market when needed to maintain continuity of care
