Job Requirements
- Current California RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience with Epic charting system
- Experience with GE MacLab, Carto, and Abbott ablation systems preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrophysiology procedures, cardiac monitoring, and patient safety
- Ability to support circulating and monitoring functions during ablation cases
- Professional references and compliance documents required prior to start
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care using the nursing process to guide assessment, planning, implementation, and reassessment
- Circulate and monitor ablation procedures in the EP Lab
- Support cardiac mapping, conduction studies, and other electrophysiology procedures
- Assist with baseline measurements and patient monitoring throughout procedures
- Maintain patient safety, advocate for patient needs, and promote high-quality care
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient lab operations
- Use specialized systems and equipment to support complex cardiac procedures
