Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 4 years of RN experience required
- At least 1 year of travel nursing and Level 1 experience required
- Emergency Department experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently in a high-acuity, fast-moving environment
- Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
- Availability to work 36 or 48 hours per week, depending on assignment needs
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate care to emergency department patients with a wide range of acute needs
- Perform rapid assessments, prioritize care, and respond effectively to changing patient conditions
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols
- Monitor patient status and document care accurately and thoroughly
- Support a team-based environment while maintaining a calm presence during urgent situations
- Uphold high standards of professionalism, patient safety, and quality care
