- Floating: May be asked to float between units or nearby sister facilities as needed

- Patient Ratio: Approximately 1:5
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,050-$2,160
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington or a compact license in hand at submission
- At least 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience required
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS required
- NRP preferred
- Epic experience preferred
- Ability to provide 2 professional references covering 1 year of work experience within the last 3 years
- Willingness to work 3 of the 5 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day
- Comfortable caring for patients across the lifespan in a fast-paced emergency care setting
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate, and efficient emergency nursing care
- Perform triage, rapid assessment, and stabilization for urgent and emergent patients
- Respond confidently to a wide range of cases, including trauma, chest pain, stroke, respiratory distress, psychiatric emergencies, and more
- Administer medications, monitor patient status, and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary support teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation in Epic and support smooth patient flow through the department
- Adapt to changing patient needs while contributing to a positive team environment
