Job Requirements
- Active Hawaii RN license required by the start date
- At least 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience required
- Experience in acute care, ER nursing, or a high-acuity hospital setting preferred
- Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented Emergency Department environment
- Comfort working in a high-turnover ER with varied patient needs
- Ability to arrive on time for pre-start onboarding requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room
- Support rapid assessment, monitoring, and treatment in a busy clinical setting
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to prioritize patient needs
- Respond to changing patient conditions with confidence, professionalism, and clinical judgment
- Contribute to efficient patient flow and a positive team environment
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital setting
