Travel Nursing Job Details

Emergency Room RN Job Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Hawaii
- At least 1 year of recent emergency department or emergency room nursing experience
- Active nursing credentials in good standing
- Ability to work scheduled 12-hour day, evening, and night shifts
- Strong patient assessment, emergency triage, communication, and critical-thinking skills
- Commitment to delivering safe, compassionate care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
Travel ER Nurse Responsibilities
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of urgent and emergent conditions
- Provide timely emergency nursing care in a 15-bed emergency department and six-bed fast-track area
- Care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients across diverse clinical presentations
- Monitor patient status, recognize changes in condition, and escalate concerns appropriately
- Administer medications and treatments, perform nursing procedures, and document patient care accurately
- Collaborate with providers and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support efficient patient flow and positive outcomes
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans, follow-up care, and discharge instructions
