EEG Technician Jobs – Per Diem EEG Technician in Flemington, NJ
We are seeking an experienced EEG Technician for a per diem healthcare opportunity in Flemington, New Jersey. Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $290-$310
- Setting: Hospital
- Location: Flemington, NJ (Hunterdon County)
- Start Date: 7/28/2026
- Schedule: Per diem; Fridays with possibility for up to 2 shifts per week based on need
- Shift Hours: 8 Hour Day Shifts
- Minimum Commitment: 3-6 shifts per month with possibility for additional shifts
- Weekend Requirement: Weekend flexibility required
- On-Call: No on-call
- Duration: 52-week assignment
EEG Technician Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience performing EEGs in a hospital or clinical setting
- Completion of an accredited or formal EEG program
- ABRET credential required
- Current BLS certification required
- Experience with Natus charting system preferred
- Ability to follow established protocols and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Flu vaccination required; medical declinations accepted with proof
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and specialized EEG studies in accordance with established protocols
- Ensure accurate electrode placement and proper operation of EEG equipment
- Monitor and document patient responses, artifacts, and clinical observations.
- Maintain patient comfort and safety throughout all procedures
- Support accurate data collection to assist with neurological diagnoses
- Comply with hospital policies and HIPAA regulations
