Job Requirements

• Active CNA certification (required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNA in a hospital or similar healthcare setting (acute care experience preferred)
• Ability to work night shifts and perform well in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-focused skills

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care under the supervision of nursing staff (CNA patient care, ADLs)
• Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to RN/LPN; support clinical documentation and basic charting
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment consistent with hospital policies
• Support hospital staff with patient transport, vital signs, specimen collection assistance, and other clinical support tasks as needed
