Required Qualifications
- Active CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant)
- At least 1 year of experience as a CNA; hospital experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (hospital CNA schedule)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical support skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care and clinical support
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for patients
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols
