Certified Nursing Assistant Requirements
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Minimum of 3 years of CNA experience
- Prior travel CNA experience required
- Long-term care experience required
- Current BLS certification through AHA required
- Comfort working with dementia patients
- Ability to complete required compliance and background screening
- Reliable transportation recommended for this Vermont healthcare location
CNA Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality personal care to patients in a hospital setting
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and day-to-day patient support
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
- Support a safe, respectful, and organized patient care environment
- Work collaboratively with registered nurses and clinical staff to meet unit needs
- Deliver dependable overnight patient care during fast-paced night shifts
