Compensation
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $640-$680/week
Qualifications / Job Requirements
- Active CNA certification (current state certification required)
- At least 1 year of experience as a CNA in a hospital or similar healthcare setting (hospital CNA experience preferred)
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical support skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care and supporting positive patient outcomes
Responsibilities
- Assist nursing staff with direct patient care activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support
- Monitor and accurately document patient vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
- Support patients’ emotional and physical well-being and deliver compassionate bedside care
- Collaborate with registered nurses and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Perform assigned clinical support tasks and follow hospital policies and infection control procedures
