Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active LNA/CNA certification (T-LNA)
• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience in a hospital or similar healthcare setting (hospital CNA / acute care experience)
• Ability and availability to work evening shifts (evening shift CNA)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical support skills
• Commitment to compassionate patient care, safety, and maintaining a clean environment

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and accurately record vital signs; report changes to nursing staff promptly
• Support nursing staff in delivering quality, patient-centered care in a hospital setting
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and a clean care environment
• Provide emotional support, companionship, and compassionate bedside care to patients
