Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of CNA experience required
- Active CNA / Nurse Assistant certification
- BLS certification required
- Comfort working with adult and geriatric patients
- Epic charting experience preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
- Ability to support a patient ratio of approximately 1:7 on days
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate bedside support and assist with daily patient care
- Help with bathing, hygiene, turning, repositioning, ambulation, and transfers
- Record vital signs, intake/output, weights, and other routine patient data
- Support patient safety with fall precautions, bed alarms, and room checks
- Assist with feeding, toileting, catheter care, and incontinence care as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized patient environment and restock supplies
- Communicate changes in patient condition promptly to the nursing team
- Work collaboratively with the care team to provide high-quality, patient-centered support
