Job Requirements
- Active CNA certification required (Certified Nursing Assistant)
- At least 1 year of CNA experience; hospital experience preferred (hospital CNA, clinical support)
- Ability and willingness to work 12-hour night shifts (night shift nursing jobs)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
- Commitment to patient safety, infection control, and compassionate care
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care and clinical support under the supervision of nursing staff
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor, record, and report vital signs and changes in patient condition to nurses
- Support patient mobility, safe transfers, and proper positioning
- Maintain a clean, safe, and patient-centered environment following hospital protocols
- Accurately document care, complete charting, and follow facility policies for patient safety
