Job Requirements (CNA Qualifications)
- Active and valid CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year of CNA experience; hospital experience preferred (hospital CNA jobs)
- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and committed to high-quality clinical support
Responsibilities (Certified Nursing Assistant Duties)
- Provide direct patient care and assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
- Support nursing staff and interdisciplinary team in delivering high-quality patient care
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to RN/licensed staff
- Assist with basic clinical tasks such as taking and recording vital signs and patient observations as directed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients and follow infection control protocols
- Document care provided accurately and in accordance with hospital policies and EHR procedures
