CT Technologist Job Details

• Location: Boston, MA 02215 (Massachusetts healthcare jobs)
• Assignment Type: Travel CT Technologist
• Setting: Hospital Radiology CT Unit
• Start Date: December 15, 2025
• End Date: March 14, 2026
• Duration: 13-week contract
• Hours per Week: 36
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts
• Schedule: Every other weekend and holidays required
• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly (excluding on-call)
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,440 - $2,620

CT Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent CT Technologist experience in a hospital setting
• Level 1 trauma experience required (inpatient acute care, Level 1 trauma hospital)
• Prior travel healthcare experience required (no first-time travelers)
• Associate's Degree in Chemistry required for POC testing (certificate programs not accepted)
• ARRT Certification (CT) required
• BLS Certification required
• Peripheral IV skills required (must be able to start IVs on all outpatients)
• Experience with GE Hi Def or Revolution CT equipment required; Toshiba CT experience preferred
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Must not have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health as perm or per diem within the last 6 months

CT Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT scans using advanced GE Hi Def or Revolution CT imaging equipment
• Start peripheral IVs for outpatient CT procedures
• Deliver patient care in a fast-paced, Level 1 trauma hospital environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with hospital protocols
• Provide weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled
• Attend weekly orientation sessions
