CT Technologist Job Details
- Location: Boston, MA 02215 (Massachusetts healthcare jobs)
- Assignment Type: Travel CT Technologist
- Setting: Hospital Radiology CT Unit
- Start Date: December 15, 2025
- End Date: March 14, 2026
- Duration: 13-week contract
- Hours per Week: 36
- Shift: 12-hour day shifts
- Schedule: Every other weekend and holidays required
- Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly (excluding on-call)
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,440 - $2,620
CT Technologist Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent CT Technologist experience in a hospital setting
- Level 1 trauma experience required (inpatient acute care, Level 1 trauma hospital)
- Prior travel healthcare experience required (no first-time travelers)
- Associate's Degree in Chemistry required for POC testing (certificate programs not accepted)
- ARRT Certification (CT) required
- BLS Certification required
- Peripheral IV skills required (must be able to start IVs on all outpatients)
- Experience with GE Hi Def or Revolution CT equipment required; Toshiba CT experience preferred
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Must not have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health as perm or per diem within the last 6 months
CT Technologist Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality CT scans using advanced GE Hi Def or Revolution CT imaging equipment
- Start peripheral IVs for outpatient CT procedures
- Deliver patient care in a fast-paced, Level 1 trauma hospital environment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with hospital protocols
- Provide weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled
- Attend weekly orientation sessions
