Job Requirements
- Current certification or registration as a CT Technologist
- Active license or eligibility to work in Massachusetts
- Strong knowledge of CT imaging procedures, patient safety, and radiation protection
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with radiology, nursing, and clinical teams
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and patient care skills
Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans according to physician orders and departmental protocols
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures and explain the process clearly and professionally
- Position patients accurately to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
- Operate CT equipment safely and efficiently while following all radiation safety standards
- Document exam details and maintain accurate imaging records
- Work closely with radiologists, nurses, and other care team members to support timely patient care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-focused work environment
