Travel CT Technologist Job Details

• Position: Travel CT Technologist (Hospital) / CT Technologist (ARRT-CT)
• Location: Canton, OH 44708 (Ohio travel imaging job)
• Start Date: 03/16/2026
• End Date: 05/11/2026
• Duration: 8 weeks (contract assignment)
• Employment Type: Travel / Contract (On-Site)
• Shift: Nights – 3x12s (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM); rotating weekends
• Hours per Week: 36
• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
• Call: No call required
• Scheduling Notes: Block scheduling; weekends included; may be open to 10- or 12-hour shifts based on department needs
• Estimated Weekly Pay Range: $1,950 – $2,100
• Equipment: GE Evo 64-slice CT units
• Orientation: 16 hours

CT Technologist Requirements (ARRT-CT)

• Experience: 1–2 years of recent CT experience required (minimum 1 year) in a hospital setting
• Certification: ARRT(CT) required
• Licensure: Must obtain Ohio license prior to start (as applicable)
• References: Two (2) manager/supervisor-level references in the specialty from the past 12 months (no coworker references)
• Compliance: Ability to complete time-sensitive background requirements after contract signing
• Time Off: Keep requests for time off to a minimum; preferably none in the first two weeks; some holidays may be expected

Key Responsibilities – Hospital CT Tech (Night Shift)

• Perform CT scans and examinations in a hospital setting while maintaining excellent image quality, patient safety, and radiation safety standards
• Prepare and position patients; verify orders, screening questions, and patient identifiers; follow established CT protocols
• Operate CT equipment (including GE Evo 64-slice systems), recognize artifacts, and adjust technique as needed
• Document exams accurately in the appropriate systems and communicate pertinent information to radiologists and the care team
• Support efficient patient flow during night shift operations, including rotating weekend coverage
• Maintain infection prevention practices and adhere to department policies, Joint Commission standards (as applicable), and other regulatory requirements
