Job Description
CT/X-Ray Technologist (Multi-Modality) – Wisconsin Travel Contract
Join a hospital imaging team in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, as a CT/X-Ray Technologist with ARRT certification and an active Wisconsin license. This 8-week travel radiology contract combines CT imaging and diagnostic X-ray in a collaborative clinical environment, with rotating coverage at a nearby Oshkosh location. Located along the shores of Lake Winnebago, Fond du Lac offers a welcoming community, scenic outdoor recreation, and convenient access to cities throughout Wisconsin.
CT/X-Ray Technologist Job Details
- Location: Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, with rotating coverage at a nearby Oshkosh imaging location
- Employment Type: 8-week travel contract
- Start Date: November 23, 2026
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,240–$2,400
- Guaranteed Hours: 24 hours per week
- Shift: 12-hour overnight shifts, approximately 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- Weekend Schedule: Every Saturday and Sunday, with rotating assignment locations
- Call: No call required
- Equipment: GE Revolution CT scanner and Samsung X-ray equipment
- Documentation: EPIC experience preferred
CT and X-Ray Technologist Requirements
- At least 1 year of CT experience required
- Previous diagnostic X-ray experience required
- ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT) and Radiography (R)
- Active Wisconsin license
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- Associate degree or certificate in radiologic technology or a related field
- Proficiency with IV starts, CT imaging, and X-ray procedures
- Previous travel technologist or travel radiology experience strongly preferred
Radiologic Technologist Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality CT scans and diagnostic X-ray examinations in a hospital setting
- Provide imaging services for abdominal, head, and chest studies
- Complete IV starts and safely administer contrast when indicated and authorized
- Operate CT and X-ray equipment while following established safety and radiation-protection standards
- Deliver compassionate, professional patient care while preparing and positioning patients for examinations
- Accurately document procedures and imaging information in the electronic medical record
- Adapt to rotating coverage between Fond du Lac and Oshkosh imaging locations
- Maintain dependable weekend attendance and coordinate any missed scheduled hours according to assignment guidelines
