Job Details – CT Technologist / Computed Tomography Technologist

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,490 – $2,670
• Location: Harrisburg, PA 17101 (Harrisburg CT jobs, Pennsylvania travel imaging)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 20, 2026 – July 19, 2026)
• Setting: Hospital – CT Scan Unit (CT scanner, radiology department)
• Employment Type: Travel / Travel Radiology Job
• Shift Options:
  • 5x8 Dayshift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 4x10's: Tuesday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • 3x12's: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Open weekend positions available
• Hours per Week: 40
• Call and Holiday Requirements: Yes (on-call, holiday coverage)

Job Requirements – CT Tech Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience performing computed tomography procedures
• Active ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
• Experience with CT scanners, imaging protocols, and patient positioning
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills in a hospital radiology setting
• Commitment to patient safety, radiation safety (ALARA), and quality imaging

Responsibilities – CT Technologist Duties

• Perform CT scans and imaging procedures according to physician orders and hospital protocols
• Operate and maintain CT equipment, ensuring quality images and adherence to safety standards
• Prepare and position patients for CT procedures, ensuring patient comfort and radiation safety
• Maintain accurate patient records, imaging documentation, and image archiving (PACS)
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient care
• Participate in call and holiday rotations as scheduled; respond to urgent imaging requests
