• Setting: Hospital – Computed Tomography (CT) Scanner Unit
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 20, 2026 – July 18, 2026)
• Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (typical: 9:30am–10:00pm; some 7:00pm–7:00am overnights)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Employment Type: Travel / Contract (travel CT tech jobs, radiology travel assignment)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience (hospital/acute care experience preferred)
• Valid Vermont state license for Radiologic Technologist
• ARRT certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) – CT credential preferred
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings and overnight coverage
• Own vehicle required (limited public transportation in Rutland, VT)
• Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced imaging department

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanner equipment to acquire high-quality diagnostic images for radiologists
• Prepare and position patients for CT procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Follow facility protocols for radiation safety and equipment maintenance
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in the radiology department
• Document procedures and patient information accurately in electronic medical records
• Adapt to rotating schedules and provide reliable coverage for assigned shifts
