Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience (Computed Tomography)
• Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
• Valid Nebraska Medical Radiographer license
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Strong knowledge of CT protocols, radiation safety, and patient positioning
• Ability to adapt to varied shifts and hospital protocols in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures (head, chest, abdomen/pelvis, angiography, and other CT exams) per physician orders and hospital radiology protocols
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper radiation safety practices during CT scans
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to deliver accurate diagnostic imaging results
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot CT equipment; ensure proper function, cleanliness, and QC documentation
• Accurately document procedures, patient records, and exam protocols in the Radiology Information System (RIS) / PACS
• Demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and adherence to hospital policies and regulatory standards
