MRI Technologist – Travel Assignment (Evening Shift) | Grafton, WI
Travel MRI Technologist – Evening Shift in Grafton, WI: 17-week contract with competitive weekly pay. ARRT (MR) and BLS required. Join our hospital radiology team at a Level III Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center near Milwaukee.

Job Details
- Assignment Length: 17 weeks (June 29, 2026 – October 24, 2026)
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,490 – $2,670 (competitive travel MRI technologist pay)
- Setting: Hospital – Level III Trauma Center, Level II NICU, Primary Stroke Center (radiology/imaging department)
- Shift: 8-hour evening shifts (Evening MRI Technologist)
- Hours per Week: 40
- Call: Rotational call with 5 others
- Weekend Rotation: Varies
- Orientation: One shift on unit to learn flow
- Scrub Color: Any (no camo, denim, or logos)
- Location: Grafton, WI 53024 (near Milwaukee, WI; Wisconsin MRI technologist jobs)
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of MRI Technologist experience required (MRI technologist jobs, radiology technologist)
- Current ARRT (MR) / ARRT-M certification
- Active BLS certification (AHA preferred)
- Experience with general MRI, high-end protocols, breast, prostate, and cardiac imaging
- Familiarity with Epic electronic medical record (Epic charting) and Siemens 3T & 1.5T MRI equipment
- COVID-19 vaccine required
- First-time travel technologists considered upon review (travel MRI technologist, temporary assignment)
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures including general, high-end, breast, prostate, and cardiac imaging
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper screening throughout the imaging process (patient-centered care)
- Operate Siemens 3T & 1.5T MRI equipment and document studies in Epic (MRI technologist duties, imaging workflow)
- Collaborate with radiologists and a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver high-quality diagnostic images and patient care
- Participate in call and weekend rotations as scheduled
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and imaging department procedures
