• Setting: Hospital – Rehab Medicine, Occupational Therapy Unit (inpatient occupational therapy)
• Assignment Type: Travel (travel OT, travel occupational therapist)
• Start Date: May 25, 2026
• End Date: August 22, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 8-hour day shifts (07:00 – 15:30)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,030 – $2,190 (competitive travel OT pay)

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility) in the state of New Hampshire (NH OT license)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist in a hospital, inpatient rehab, or similar clinical setting
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills for multidisciplinary care
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced rehabilitation environment
• Experience with patient-centered treatment planning and promoting functional independence (ADL training, mobility support)

Primary Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of diagnoses to improve functional independence and discharge outcomes
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans in collaboration with the rehab team
• Provide ADL retraining, adaptive equipment recommendations, and therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery
• Document patient progress, maintain accurate clinical records, and meet regulatory documentation standards
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, home programs, and community resources
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to coordinated patient care planning
