Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a Patient Care Technician, CNA, or similar acute care role
- Current CNA or PCT certification required
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and maintain a reliable schedule
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
- Experience supporting patients in rehabilitation, med-surg, or hospital settings preferred
- Comfort working collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and other clinical team members
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support with daily patient care activities
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, positioning, and basic comfort needs
- Support the clinical team in delivering safe, compassionate rehabilitation-focused care
- Observe patients and promptly communicate changes in condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-centered care environment
- Deliver respectful service that helps patients feel encouraged throughout recovery
