Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in patient care, CNA, or PCT roles preferred
• Current CNA or Patient Care Technician certification required
• Experience in a hospital, rehabilitation, or clinical support setting preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient support skills
• Ability to provide safe, compassionate care in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Comfort assisting patients with mobility, hygiene, and activities of daily living

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Support safe transfers, ambulation, and patient positioning
• Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-focused care environment
• Help with routine patient care tasks in collaboration with the clinical team
• Provide respectful, compassionate service to patients and families
