  • Shift: 10-hour days — Mon–Fri 7:45am–7:15pm; Sat 8:00am–5:15pm

Job Requirements / Qualifications

  • Active Pharmacist license in Oregon (licensed pharmacist)
  • BLS Certification required
  • Minimum 1 year pharmacist experience in a hospital, outpatient, or retail pharmacy setting
  • Ability to float between multiple pharmacy locations as needed (flexible travel pharmacist)
  • Familiarity with EPIC or similar electronic health record/charting systems preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide pharmaceutical care, medication dispensing, and accurate prescription processing across outpatient and retail settings
  • Perform medication counseling and patient education to optimize medication adherence and outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, pharmacy technicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure safe medication use
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations and institutional policies
  • Float to various pharmacy locations (on-campus outpatient, grocery store pharmacy, drive-through) based on coverage needs
  • Document interventions and patient interactions using EPIC or the facility charting system
