- Shift: 4 x 10-hour days (07:30 AM – 06:00 PM), occasional Saturday coverage (typically 2 Saturdays within contract)

Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Oregon
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Epic EMR experience preferred (experience with electronic medical records / documentation)
- Ability to provide occasional Saturday coverage
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services, with approximately 20% inpatient coverage
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for a diverse caseload
- Perform patient assessments, therapeutic interventions, and progress evaluations consistent with outpatient rehab best practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes and coordinate care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using Epic EMR (or equivalent)
- Participate in occasional Saturday coverage as scheduled
