• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,690–$1,820/week
• Location: Shreveport, LA 71129

Job Requirements (Physical Therapist Qualifications)

• Strong clinical judgment, patient-centered communication, and comfort managing a varied caseload

• Willingness to work across more than one facility when coverage is needed

Responsibilities (Hospital Physical Therapist)

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care focused on mobility, function, pain management, and safety
• Deliver physical therapy interventions and progress patients toward measurable functional goals
• Complete timely clinical documentation related to evaluations, treatments, and patient progress
• Coordinate with the care team to support safe transitions of care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs (HEP), fall prevention, and functional mobility strategies
• Provide consistent, high-quality patient care while splitting time between facilities as scheduled
