Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of Radiation Therapist experience required
- Current state license must be in hand at time of submission
- Epic charting experience required
- Experience with adult outpatient radiation therapy preferred
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety practices and oncology care standards
- Ability to work a consistent day-shift schedule in a hospital environment
- Comfortable supporting a busy patient volume and maintaining accuracy under pressure
- Skills in CT simulation, IMRT, CBCT/kV/mV imaging, ARIA, and treatment planning support are highly valued
Responsibilities
- Administer radiation treatments accurately and safely according to established protocols
- Prepare patients for treatment and explain procedures with professionalism and compassion
- Perform treatment setup, simulation support, and imaging as needed
- Collaborate with the oncology care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Epic
- Follow radiation safety standards, department procedures, and patient care protocols at all times
- Support a positive patient experience through excellent communication and attention to detail
