This is an excellent travel respiratory therapist opportunity for an experienced RRT who thrives in a dynamic inpatient environment. You will provide essential respiratory care services to adult patients, support ICU and floor coverage, and work alongside physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to help improve patient outcomes.

Job Requirements
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- Current Virginia Respiratory Therapist license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- ICU experience required
- At least 1 year of respiratory therapy experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced acute care environment
- Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts, rotating weekends, and occasional call
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive respiratory care to adult patients in a hospital setting
- Administer nebulizer treatments, BIPAP/CPAP support, and ventilator management
- Perform arterial blood gas collection and other respiratory procedures
- Support routine floor assignments and complete approximately 20-25 treatments per round
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary clinical staff
- Monitor patient response to therapy and adjust care within scope of practice
- Participate in weekend rotation and call coverage as needed
