- Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts; day and night coverage may be assigned

- Hours Per Week: 36
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 - $2,060
- Orientation: 40 hours
- Floating: May float internally between departments as needed
Job Requirements
- 2 years of respiratory therapy experience required
- Washington Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license in hand at submission
- NICU III or IV level experience required
- Adult ICU experience required; Level 2 Adult ICU experience strongly preferred
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, CRT, NRP, PALS, and RRT
- Epic charting experience required
- Strong clinical background in neonatal, pediatric, and critical care respiratory support
- Must be flexible with rotating assignments and occasional floating between units
- Ability to work every other weekend and 3 of the 5 major holidays
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced respiratory care for neonates, pediatrics, adults, and critical care patients
- Support high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitation needs in the NICU
- Manage ventilator support, airway care, and oxygen therapy across a variety of patient populations
- Perform and interpret arterial blood gases and assist with intubation and extubation
- Deliver treatments including CPAP, BiPAP, HFNC, and mechanical ventilation support
- Respond to urgent respiratory needs in NICU and other hospital units as assigned
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support safe, high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation in Epic and follow unit protocols and best practices
