- Shift: 12-hour nights (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) – Night shift respiratory therapist
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,520 – $1,640
- On Call: 4 nights in a six-week schedule
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist license/certification (RRT) in Ohio
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital setting
- Ability to perform all RT modalities and provide respiratory care across all hospital units
- Competency with ventilator management, non-invasive ventilation, and airway management (as applicable to hospital practice)
- Completion of required onboarding health and professional documentation (including MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, Fit Test, 2-Step PPD or IGRA, and other items as specified upon offer)
- Valid Driver's License/State ID
- Skills checklist and competency exam completion
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive respiratory therapy services and interventions to patients across all hospital units
- Administer and manage respiratory therapy modalities, including ventilator support and non-invasive ventilation
- Respond to emergency situations and provide critical respiratory support during codes and rapid responses
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure optimal pulmonary care and patient outcomes
- Participate in scheduled on-call rotation as required
- Maintain accurate, timely patient records and documentation in the electronic health record
