Join our healthcare team as a Vascular Sonographer for a 13-week travel contract in a hospital-based Cardiovascular Imaging Lab in Dublin, Ohio. Vascular Sonographer Job Requirements
- Vascular Sonographer certification or credential
- Demonstrated competency in vascular ultrasound examinations, procedures, and protocols
- Ability to work scheduled day shifts and participate in the holiday call rotation
- Strong communication, patient-care, and clinical documentation skills
Vascular Ultrasound Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality vascular ultrasound examinations in a hospital-based cardiovascular imaging environment
- Prepare patients, explain procedures, and provide compassionate care throughout each examination
- Obtain and document accurate diagnostic images and clinical information for provider interpretation
- Follow established imaging, safety, infection-control, and patient-identification protocols
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the cardiovascular imaging team to support timely patient care
- Maintain ultrasound equipment and report technical or operational concerns appropriately
- Provide scheduled holiday call coverage as assigned
