- Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

- Setting: Non-invasive cardiology and outpatient cardiac rehab
- Case Focus: Cardiac ultrasound, vascular ultrasound, and advanced procedural support
Job Requirements
- At least 6 months of related ultrasound experience required
- High School diploma or GED required
- Credential as RDCS or RVT through ARDMS, or RCS or RVS through CCI required
- BLS certification required
- Ability to work independently and use strong critical thinking skills
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with physicians, surgeons, and healthcare staff
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation after regular business hours
- Vascular ultrasound skills required
- Graduate of a diagnostic medical ultrasound or cardiac ultrasound program preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced cardiac and/or peripheral vascular ultrasound procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Capture high-quality diagnostic images and provide preliminary feedback on critical findings when needed
- Support complex procedures in the OR, hybrid lab, cath lab, and cardiac diagnostic settings
- Assist with studies related to advanced structural heart and vascular interventions
- Review patient data before procedures and operate ultrasound equipment to obtain optimal recordings
- Notify reading physicians of abnormal results and document findings thoroughly and accurately
- Maintain complete procedural documentation, charging data, and patient chart entries
- Contribute to departmental efficiency by anticipating equipment and supply needs
- Participate in quality assurance, educational activities, and accreditation processes
- Maintain competency, compliance, infection control, confidentiality, and patient safety standards
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team while supporting a clean, organized work environment
