Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Current AHA ACLS certification
- Preferred: CCRN certification
- Preferred: NIHSS certification
- Experience with Cerner or similar electronic medical record systems is helpful
- Ability to work required holiday shifts as scheduled
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, high-quality care to critically ill ICU patients in a fast-paced critical care setting
- Monitor patient status, interpret clinical changes, and escalate concerns promptly
- Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and nursing standards
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record
- Support safe, efficient patient flow in a busy intensive care environment
- Deliver compassionate care while maintaining strong attention to detail and clinical excellence
