• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 – $2,010

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active RN license (must meet state licensure requirements for Georgia)
• Minimum 1 year recent ICU experience; surgical/trauma ICU experience preferred (ICU Registered Nurse / critical care nurse)
• Current ACLS and BLS (AHA); NIHSS certification required
• Experience with trauma, post-trauma care, burns, orthopedics, cardiovascular, neurosurgical, and complex surgical cases highly preferred
• Experience with CRRT, dialysis, and Open Heart recovery is a plus
• Familiarity with MEDITECH electronic charting system is beneficial
• Must meet a strict 75-mile radius restriction

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill surgical and trauma patients as an ICU RN
• Continuously monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition in a high-acuity STICU setting
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized patient care plans
• Utilize advanced critical care skills for complex cases, including CRRT, dialysis management, and post-open heart recovery
• Document care, interventions, and patient progress accurately using MEDITECH and other clinical systems
• Educate and support patients and families through surgical and trauma recovery
