Job Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • ICU nursing experience preferred
  • BLS certification required
  • ACLS certification required
  • NIHSS certification required
  • Level I trauma experience preferred
  • Strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, team-oriented critical care environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality critical care nursing to critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Monitor patient status closely and respond promptly to changes in condition
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support treatment plans
  • Administer medications and perform interventions in accordance with established ICU protocols
  • Document assessments, treatments, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
  • Support safe, efficient patient care in a fast-paced intensive care setting
  • Maintain professionalism, compassion, and strong communication throughout the assignment
