Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- ICU nursing experience preferred
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- NIHSS certification required
- Level I trauma experience preferred
- Strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, team-oriented critical care environment
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality critical care nursing to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor patient status closely and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support treatment plans
- Administer medications and perform interventions in accordance with established ICU protocols
- Document assessments, treatments, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
- Support safe, efficient patient care in a fast-paced intensive care setting
- Maintain professionalism, compassion, and strong communication throughout the assignment
