Job Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • At least 1 year of ICU nursing experience
  • BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification required
  • Experience in a Level 1 trauma environment preferred
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-acuity setting
  • Ability to adapt quickly, communicate clearly, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct, high-quality care to critically ill adult patients in the ICU
  • Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with clinical standards
  • Collaborate with physicians and the care team to support individualized patient plans
  • Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and thoroughly
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and supportive critical care environment
  • Support patients and families with professionalism, compassion, and clear communication
