Job Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing, critical care nursing, or acute care experience
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- NIHSS certification required
- Level 1 trauma experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts in a high-acuity hospital environment
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor patient status, assess changes in condition, and escalate concerns promptly
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support patient care plans
- Respond to urgent patient needs and participate in emergency interventions as needed
- Document patient assessments, care provided, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly
- Support a safe, organized, and compassionate care environment for patients and families
