- Duration: 13-week contract
- Schedule: 3 shifts per week
- Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey or compact state eligibility, as applicable
- BSN required
- Strong critical care, bedside assessment, and patient monitoring skills
- Ability to work night shifts, every other weekend, and every other holiday
- BLS and ACLS may be required in accordance with facility standards
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
- Monitor patient condition, interpret clinical data, and respond quickly to changes in status
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Operate and monitor critical care equipment safely and effectively
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly
- Support patients and families with clear communication and compassionate care throughout the treatment process
