Travel ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Silvis, IL: 13-week travel nursing assignment for experienced ICU/critical care RNs with current BLS and ACLS. Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,040 - $2,150
- Location: Silvis, IL 61282 (Quad Cities area; Rock Island County)
- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (April 20, 2026 – July 19, 2026)
- Employment Type: Travel (travel nurse / travel RN)
- Setting: ICU (Intensive Care Unit) – critical care nursing role
- Shift: 12 Hour Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM), every weekend
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Nurse Qualifications & Requirements
- Active RN license (ability to work in Illinois); ICU certification required (CCRN or equivalent preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience as a bedside critical care RN
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to pass required health screenings, competency tests, background check, and drug screen
- Compliance with onboarding requirements (immunizations, documentation, etc.)
ICU RN Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate critical care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and perform interventions as needed
- Perform bedside critical care tasks including ventilator monitoring, hemodynamic assessment, and medication titration as appropriate
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety and infection control standards
- Provide education and support to patients and their families during the critical care stay
