- Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week, with an option for 48 hours
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,570 - $1,650
- Orientation: 24 hours
- Patient Ratio: 1:2
- Weekend Coverage: Required
- Floating: Required to float to units within scope as needed
- Charting System: Epic
Job Requirements
- Active Oklahoma RN license or compact license required at time of submission
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU, critical care, or burn unit experience required
- Travel nursing experience required
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required in hand
- Epic charting experience required
- Ability to manage a 1:2 patient ratio in a high-acuity environment
- Comfort working night shifts, weekends, and floating as needed
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for adult and geriatric ICU patients in a burn-focused setting
- Deliver skilled wound care and pain management support
- Assist with line placement and other critical bedside procedures
- Support intubation and ventilator-related care when needed
- Monitor and respond quickly to changes in patient condition in a high-acuity unit
- Administer medications and manage complex IV therapies, drips, and interventions
- Collaborate with respiratory therapy, pharmacy, rapid response, and other interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in Epic
- Provide compassionate, attentive care to support recovery and patient stability
