Job Requirements
- 2 years of ICU nursing or critical care experience preferred
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Active Registered Nurse license in hand at time of submission
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
- NIHSS and PALS preferred
- Epic charting experience required
- Strong proficiency with ventilator management, central lines, arterial lines, and vasoactive drips
- Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, high-acuity hospital environment
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate, and skilled care to critically ill medical-surgical ICU patients
- Monitor patients requiring ventilatory support, CRRT, and advanced cardiac monitoring
- Assess changes in patient condition, interpret rhythms and ABGs, and respond appropriately
- Administer IV medications and titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips per protocol
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient recovery and continuity of care
- Document accurately in Epic and follow unit standards for quality, safety, and compliance
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on exceptional patient care
