Job Requirements

  • Active LPN license in New Mexico (required)

  • Preferred: BLS/CPR certification (if available)

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care to long-term care residents
  • Monitor resident health, perform assessments, and document clinical observations in the EMR
  • Administer medications safely and accurately according to facility protocols
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and support mobility needs
  • Collaborate with nurses, nursing assistants, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
  • Follow facility policies, infection control practices, and safety procedures during night shifts
  • Communicate professionally with residents and families to provide emotional support and updates
